MasterCard Concierge App Reviews

I have a Citibank world elite MasterCard and the app does not allow me access. MasterCard should fix the problem as it doesnt seem to be unique to me.

The app requires you to validate your status but does not recognize status properly. Looking forward to the fix. In the meantime, 1 star :/

I have two world elite mastercards and live in the U.S. Neither card is recognized. Nice app in concept but totally useless given this failure.
