Stuck in limbo

I carry a Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select (World MC) and Capital One Buypower (World Elite MC), and keep getting a pop-up message upon entering the first six digits of my card number that "this service is only for World and World Elite MasterCard holders" and to contact issuing banks CS with eligibility issues.
Banks both say to contact the apps support......
